Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree graduates in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or related field such as Special Education, Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
• Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) is an added advantage
• Strong interest in working with children with developmental/ special needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual and group lessons under the supervision of the Senior Teachers/Reporting Manager.
• Develop and review Individual Educational Programmes (IEPs) and Progress Reports (PRs).
• Design and evaluate developmentally and culturally appropriate activities and environments.
• Facilitate quality intervention strategies to support children's developmental goals.
• Conduct home visits and centre visits as part of case management.
• Lead classroom field trips and special activities.
• Monitor attendance and conduct health checks and temperature taking of children.
• Maintain regular communication with caregivers through various platforms.
