Qualifications

• Diploma in psychology or related field and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 1 year experience in early childhood or early intervention.
• Holds a valid First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement routine-based programmes aligned with each child’s IEP.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning materials and maintain a positive classroom using positive discipline approaches.
• Implement recommended therapeutic strategies as part of a transdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and guide Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides.
• Provide mentoring in classroom management, teaching methods, and behavioural techniques.
• Conduct home visits, school visits, and parent-teacher meetings, including case conferences.
