Job summary

TwinkleKidz International Schoolhouse PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced specialist to deliver tailored early childhood intervention.

You will assess children’s needs, develop and implement IEPs, mentor staff, and collaborate with parents and therapists to support complex development needs. The role requires strong English communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a deep dedication to empowering children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or equivalent.
• Experience in Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC).
• Excellent command of English for effective stakeholder communication.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with parents, team members and external professionals.
• Knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate developmental needs and progress.
• Design and develop tailored teaching plans based on assessments.
• Adapt lessons to individual learning needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement IEPs for each child.
• Plan, organize, and assign activities aligned with abilities and goals.
• Teach and mentor children in class, small groups, and one-on-one.
• Monitor progress and update IEPs accordingly.
• Prepare and present IEP reports and conduct meetings with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with therapists and teachers to support intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor teacher assistants.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, conducive learning environment.
• Facilitate meetings with parents and team to review interventions.
• Ensure compliance with NCSS requirements.

Job Summary

Deliver tailored early childhood intervention by assessing children’s needs, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), mentoring children and staff, and collaborating with parents and therapists to support special needs children’s development.

Responsibilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications
