Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive professional to support the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programmes, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities and offboarding.

You will assist in planning networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and strong participant engagement. Immediate or short-notice start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree required in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Immediate start or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programmes including onboarding, learning and development sessions.
• Assist planning and execution of networking sessions, career workshops and engagement activities.
• Prepare and coordinate programme communications for participants and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate programme records, track attendance and report on metrics.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and other teams to meet timelines and requirements.
• Support employer branding via social media and campus engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance participant experience and improve processes.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
