AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to support end-to-end Early Careers initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate onboarding, learning sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth program delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in related fields, strong organization, and a forward-thinking approach to AI and analytics to improve participant experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events management, or a related field.
• Highly organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• AI-fluent and technology-forward, with curiosity in using AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Plan, organise, and execute program events ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Assist with drafting and distributing program communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on metrics.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and other teams to meet timelines and needs.
• Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts and campus engagement.
• Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
