Job summary

Chevron Oronite Pte Ltd. on Jurong Island seeks an experienced E&I Maintenance Lead to supervise a team of seven technicians, driving safe, reliable plant operations.

You will oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate with Operations, and ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and safety requirements. Responsibilities include leadership, competency development, outage planning, and continuous improvement of equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• ITE qualifications with substantial maintenance experience considered.
• Experience coordinating operations and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline maintenance team for E&I at Jurong Island with safety as a top priority.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, outages, and resource planning with operations.
• Drive reliability improvement through preventive, predictive, and failure analyses.
• Mentor and develop technicians, ensuring competency and compliance with PTW and LOTO.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records and timely work order closure.
