Job summary

DAVY OMEGA (SEA) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for Electrical & Instrumentation to supervise a small team and ensure safe, reliable plant operations. You will provide frontline leadership, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement in equipment performance.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, after-hours support, and close collaboration with Operations to balance planned and reactive work. On-site Singapore plant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of approximately seven E&I Technicians to safely execute maintenance activities.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and technical leadership for Operations.
• Develop workforce capability through competency development plans and coaching.
• Serve as primary maintenance focal point for Operations and key liaison for E&I issues.
• Oversee after-hours callback management and emergency maintenance support.
• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with planners and material coordinators to optimize maintenance execution.
• Oversee facilities and asset maintenance across HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, CCTV, and solar systems.
