Responsibilities

• Lead a seven-person E&I maintenance team to safely execute maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations for plant priorities and after-hours support.
• Drive maintenance planning, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve reliability.
• Provide field leadership, audits, and skill development for technicians.
• Ensure documentation, work orders, and materials are effectively managed.
