Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager in Singapore to lead all E&I design activities across the project lifecycle. You will serve as the primary technical interface with engineering consultants and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet codes and project requirements and coordinating with automation, IT, piping, HVAC, and utilities teams.

The role requires substantial experience in large industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or infrastructure projects

Qualifications

Significant experience leading E&I engineering and design for large industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, automation interfaces.
Experience managing engineering consultants and EPC/EPCM contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all E&I design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary technical interface with engineering consultants and contractors.
Review and approve E&I engineering deliverables to meet codes and project requirements.
Coordinate with Automation, IT, Piping, HVAC, and Utilities teams for integrated design.
Oversee E&I installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure EHS requirements are embedded in design, construction, and operational readiness.
