About the role

We seek an experienced E-Commerce Executive to drive sales and manage online operations within the industry across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Carousell and Lazada. The role focuses on managing sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You will also support livestreaming initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the e-commerce business.

MarketplaceManagement

• ImplementsalesstrategiestooptimizeproductlistingsanddriverevenueonShopee,TikTok,Carousell andLazada


• Monitorperformancemetricsandrunpromotionstoenhancevisibilityandsales.


• Identifygrowthopportunitiesthroughplatformpartnershipsandstrategicinitiatives.

SupportDigitalMarketingCampaigns

• Assistintheexecutionofdigitalmarketingcampaigns,includingemailmarketing,socialmediapromotions,SEO/SEM,andpaidadvertising(GoogleAds,FacebookAds,etc.).


• Monitorandtracktheperformanceofcampaigns,workingwiththemarketingteamtooptimizethemforhigherconversionratesandROI.

CustomerExperience&Fulfillment

• Providequalitycustomerservicethroughtheplatform.


• Ensureefficientorderfulfillmentandcustomersatisfactionthroughsmoothprocessing,delivery,andreturns.


• Supportthedevelopmentandexecutionofcustomerretentionprograms.
