B2K PET PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. You will manage listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other platforms, set pricing and promotions, and help create engaging product visuals and short videos.

You will assist with livestreams and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Basic Canva or image-editing skills.
• Familiar with online promotions, product pricing and campaign setups.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and willing to co-host livestreams.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to independently plan promotions and suggest sales strategies will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive individual to join our growing e-commerce team! If you enjoy online shopping, creating attractive product listings and exploring ways to boost online sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. E-Commerce Platform Management
   • Manage and update product listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.
   • Set up and maintain product pricing, discounts, vouchers and promotional campaigns.
   • Ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate and attractive.
   • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and market trends.
2. 2. Campaigns & Sales Promotions
   • Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, including double-digit sales, flash deals and festive promotions.
   • Recommend promotional ideas and pricing strategies to improve sales performance.
   • Coordinate campaign setups and ensure promotions are launched on time.
3. 3. Product Images & Content
   • Create and edit product listing images, promotional banners and simple marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.
   • Assist with product photography and basic short-form video content.
   • Ensure product listings are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
4. 4. Livestream Support
   • Assist and co-host livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
   • Help introduce products, engage with viewers and promote products during livestreams.
   • No professional livestreaming experience required - just be comfortable appearing on camera and willing to learn!
5. 5. Order Fulfilment & Customer Experience
   • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of e-commerce orders.
   • Assist with e-commerce customer enquiries and order-related matters when required.
   • Support occasional walk-in customers, warehouse sales, company events and other e-commerce-related activities where necessary.
