Job summary

Tag Espresso Private Limited is seeking an operations-focused individual to manage daily activities across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and TikTok Shop. You will update listings, pricing, descriptions and inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.

You will handle customer enquiries, returns and refunds, monitor sales, and contribute ideas to improve performance across platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms and strong organisational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail oriented with good multitasking abilities.
