Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Operations: Pick, pack, and label daily customer orders, coordinate courier collections, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Marketplace & Platform Management: Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, stock levels, promotional banners, and discount vouchers.
• Customer Support: Answer inquiries, manage chat responses, and resolve feedback or order discrepancies promptly.
• Digital Marketing & Content: Schedule social media posts and campaign promotions.
• Inventory & Reporting: Track stock movement, monitor sell-through rates, and assist with stocktakes or basic sales reports.
