Job summary

SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL in Singapore is seeking an organized Stock & Ops Assistant to support daily order fulfillment and inventory control on site. You will process orders in Trex, scan daily orders for runners, and monitor iShop refunds and cancellation reports.

You will receive daily stock replenishments from the warehouse, place items on shelving, and handle daily goods receipt for AM/PM deliveries. The role also involves filing documents, tracking stock movements, and liaising with inventories

Qualifications

• Able to work on weekend/PH, shift rotating.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for orders fulfillment through Trex.
• Scanning the daily orders for Runner to send out.
• Update & keep track on iShop refunds report & cancellation orders summary.
• Receiving Daily stocks replenishment from warehouse and placing stocks on shelving.
• Process Daily GR for AM & PM stocks delivery from warehouse.
• Filing signed paper documents for Daily Delivery notes & Dispatch lists.
• Monitor on iShop stocks movement. / Liaise with Inventory Sup if any stocks which needed for orders but did not come in during the auto replenishment.
• Keeping track on stocks MFD/Expiration Date.
• Update Monthly GWP campaign list.
• Update Monthly GHR incentive.
• Follow up with return or exchange cases with CAG CS Team & Shilla CS Team.
• Assist with CAG CS Team's basic customer's enquiry. For example, MFG/Expiration date.
• Arrange runner to collect/send if stocks from cross terminal when Sup instructed.
• Request Monthly stationary from Office Admin Asst when it is running low.
• Update Google tracker list to MD on aging & OOS stocks.
• Assist in delivering GHR packages to the designated gate for handover to passengers when Runner is unavailable
• Any other duties as per assigned
