Job summary

LIANG SENG SPORTS EQUIPMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Operations & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and online store operations. You will handle stock ordering, order processing, product listings on Shopee, Lazada, Decathlon and our website, and coordinate shipments with suppliers and couriers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to learn new systems, and effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, administration, order processing, inventory management, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient with computers: Excel, email, and learning new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Experience using inventory management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or stock management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales management and client support: manage current accounts, take orders, prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and work toward monthly targets.
• Purchasing and stock management: plan and place monthly purchase orders, track orders, resolve supplier issues, and maintain stock records with the storeman.
• E-commerce listings and returns: create product listings across channels, keep pricing and stock data consistent, handle returns and refunds within deadlines.
• Delivery and logistics: arrange courier deliveries, schedule visits, and prepare delivery documents with the warehouse team.
