Job summary

Reolink is offering an E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Internship in Singapore for ongoing degree students. You will support the Official Website and Amazon to grow markets in Australia, Europe, US, Germany and France, working with the E-Commerce Team in Shen Zhen under a mentor.

Starting as an execution-focused role, you will learn core processes, handle daily site checks, data exports, and campaign support, with potential for conversion to full-time staff after the internship.

Qualifications

• Open to ongoing degree students only.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Sales data file building — Weekly and monthly exports, data cleaning and archiving; maintain a traceable ledger and provide basic analysis.
• Plan execution tracking — Break plans into weekly tasks and publish progress; surface deviations and drive owners to close gaps.
• Traffic & conversion analysis using GA4 and FineBI; deliver a weekly report and perform first-pass attribution to explain fluctuations.
• Competitor & market monitoring — Track regional sites, campaigns, pricing, and promotions; report anomalies promptly.
• Promotion & pricing execution — Configure regional discounts and campaigns; perform MSRP checks and update price-change notices.
• Campaign & page support — Manage asset collection, page builds, go-live checklists, and post-campaign data review; assist multilingual copy proofing.
• Product & inventory operations — Prepare materials for SKU launches/delistings; maintain SKU ledger and flag low-performing SKUs.
• Daily site checks — Review product pages, prices, stock, links; log tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaboration & routine work — Coordinate with design, content, supply chain and customer service; document processes and participate in training.
