Job summary

ACER COMPUTER (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an E-commerce Executive to support day-to-day operations and drive growth of the company’s online business. You will manage product listings, promotions and sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams and e-commerce partners to hit targets.

You should be data-driven, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about digital marketing, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Business/Commerce/Marketing or IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Commerce / Marketing or Information Technology.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing and digital trends.
• Comfortable working with sales data and preparing basic performance reports.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in e-commerce and online sales.
• Creative, energetic, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Magento platform would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online sales activities.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, promotions and advertisements across e-commerce platforms.
• Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, competitor activities and online consumer behaviour.
• Plan and support online campaigns and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Work closely with e-commerce partners and internal stakeholders to support sales targets and business growth.
• Ensure product information and promotional content displayed online are accurate and up to date.
• Support other e-commerce initiatives and activities as required.
