Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage product listings across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.

You will maintain pricing, images and content, design artwork for listings and campaigns, and create product demo videos. You’ll monitor trends, respond to changes, and collaborate with Sales to drive online growth.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in E-commerce or related field.
• Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and AI tools.
• Proficient in video editing tools and web tech (PHP, Wordpress, HTML).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce management and analytics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product categories across company’s websites and e-commerce marketplaces including Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok shops etc
• Maintain product listings such as product pricing, images, specifications, advertisement content etc
• Ensure accuracy of product listings and promotional content across all platforms and ready to react to changes
• Design artwork for company’s websites, e-commerce marketplacesand promotional campaigns
• Create e-commerce product demo videos and lifestyle demos
• Monitor websites and marketplaces product trends and pricingetc, and advise and react to competitive activities
• Work together with sales department to improve online sales growth, monitor sales and traffic and identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Infocomm or a related field
• Min NITEC / Diploma
• Familiar with workings of Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc e-commerce shops
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and AI tools.
• Proficient in video editing Low AI, Omni flash
• Proficient in PHP, Wordpress and HTML
• Good understanding of E-commerce website management and analytics
• Strong attention to details and accuracy especially when handling product information, pricing, advertisement mechanics and rules etc
• Pro-active, highly motivated, able to take ownership and handle multiple task across various online platforms
