Job summary

EYE-2-EYE Communications Private Limited in Singapore seeks an hands-on E-Commerce Sales & Operations Executive to manage our online store and support the growth of our B2C 3D printing business. You will be responsible for the full online sales process—from creating product listings and managing promotions to responding to customers, processing orders, packing products and coordinating deliveries.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will also handle inventory, packing, and coordinating deliveries

Qualifications

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience with e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms and basic content-editing tools.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Comfortable performing hands-on packing and fulfilment duties.
Able to work independently and take ownership of the online sales process.

Responsibilities

Online Store Management
Manage the daily operation of the company's Online store
Create and maintain accurate product listings, specifications, variations and pricing
Upload and improve product images, videos and descriptions
Apply relevant keywords to improve product visibility and search ranking
Ensure all product information and technical claims are accurate
Maintain a consistent and professional brand presentation across the store
Sales and Customer Engagement
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through online Chat
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable printers, materials or accessories
Support cross-selling, product bundles and repeat purchases
Escalate complex technical enquiries to the sales or technical team
Follow up on abandoned enquiries and potential sales opportunities
Manage customer feedback and product reviews professionally
Campaigns and Sales Growth
Participate in online campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotional activities
Update promotional pricing according to approved company guidelines
Monitor competitor listings, pricing and promotional activities
Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns
Track sales, traffic, conversion rates and product performance
Recommend actions to improve online revenue and store performance
Order Fulfilment and Packaging
Process, pick, check, pack and label customer orders accurately
Ensure 3D printers, consumables and accessories are properly protected for delivery
Coordinate order collection and delivery with approved logistics providers
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues
Handle returns, exchanges and warranty enquiries according to company procedures
Maintain a clean and organised packing and fulfilment area
Inventory Management
Update product availability and inventory quantities accurately
Conduct regular physical stock checks
Monitor stock levels, batch information and shelf life of consumables
Highlight fast-moving, slow-moving and low-stock products
Coordinate replenishment requirements with the purchasing and administrative teams
Minimise stock discrepancies, expired materials and fulfilment errors
