Job summary

Feel Fresh Pte. Ltd. is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to grow and manage online sales channels across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will support livestream sales and mentor e-commerce interns, while coordinating campaigns and promotions.

You will work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize product launches, track performance, and ensure a superior customer experience across fast-paced platforms in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and sales reports.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns across all platforms.
• Plan and execute major sales campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and payday promotions).
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and platform operations.
• Plan and manage TikTok Shop livestream schedules and product setups.
• Coordinate livestream hosts and ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Guide e-commerce interns, assign tasks and review their work.
• Collaborate with content and marketing to boost launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports and identify revenue opportunities.
• Handle platform issues and maintain strong store ratings.
