Job summary

Adventure 21 is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales across multiple platforms and support digital marketing efforts. The role suits fresh poly graduates who are passionate about digital commerce, content creation, and online retail operations.

You will handle day-to-day platform operations, product listings, creative content, and basic video production, while coordinating campaigns and livestreams. Training is provided for platform familiarity and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Interest in e-commerce, social media, and content creation.
• Comfortable working with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and website).
• Support online sales growth through listings, pricing updates, promotions, and campaigns.
• Create/update product listings, images, banners, and promotional content for visibility and conversions.
• Assist in creating short-form product videos and basic editing for social media and e-commerce.
