Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Sales & Marketing Executive to support and grow e-commerce and B2B sales channels. The role blends sales, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation, with a hands-on, organized approach for online platforms and client relationships.

You will drive sales through the company website and Shopee, maintain social media presence, and create engaging content and video reels while delivering excellent customer service across channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales or marketing preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre and ecommerce platforms; social media management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow e-commerce platforms (website, Shopee).
• Upload listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information.
• Monitor sales and improve online conversion and engagement.
• Coordinate online campaigns and promotions; monitor stock and fulfilment.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and provide after-sales support.
• Create engaging content and video reels; manage social media presence.
• Respond to customer inquiries across channels and ensure service quality.
