Job summary

Reolink in Singapore seeks an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage the official website and Amazon storefronts, driving sales growth across AU, Europe, and US markets.

You will upload listings, optimize titles and keywords, run campaigns, track performance, and ensure compliance with platform policies. This role focuses on operations, pricing, and cross-border expansion, with relocation to Singapore options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred for this post.
• 2-5 years hands-on experience in an e-commerce company’s official site or Amazon.
• Must be familiar with Website Traffic & Conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Experience in handling online store operations and online sales growth duties.
• Cross-border e-commerce experience is an advantage, especially AU/Europe/US markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the e-commerce storefronts across Official website and Amazon.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms and optimize product/pricing strategies.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (discounts, campaigns, ads) tailored to target markets.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform standards.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies to safeguard account health and business continuity.
