SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Singapore to pick and pack orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada, print labels, and ensure packaging meets marketplace requirements.

You will perform quality control and apply product labels, with attention to accuracy and timely dispatch. The role involves arranging courier pickups, handling returns, and maintaining packing materials inventory in a Tampines warehouse, on a Mon–Fri schedule with alternate

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good packing accuracy.
• Able to handle warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Print shipping labels and ensure marketplace packaging requirements are met.
• Perform quality control by recording packed lighting products before dispatch.
• Apply English product labels and include instruction manuals.
• Arrange courier pickups and manage collection schedules.
• Process customer returns by inspecting, restocking, or flagging defective items.
• Maintain packaging materials inventory.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
