Job summary

Duck Learning in Singapore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to oversee our multi-channel storefronts and optimize logistics.

You will manage our Shopify store, handle product listings on Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee, coordinate orders, and monitor stock across channels. Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in e-commerce operations.
• Shopify expertise: proficient in Shopify platform management, app integration, navigation, and store optimization.
• Multi-platform: manage backend seller centers on Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and similar marketplaces.
• Logistics & Cross-Border: knowledge of local fulfillment and international shipping standards.
• Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about tech and educational tools.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Manage, update, and optimize our main Shopify store to enhance user experience, run promotional campaigns, and boost conversion rates for local and overseas orders.
• Marketplace Operations: Oversee daily store setups, product listings, price updates, and backend operations across online portals including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional platforms.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for purchased products. Handle stock allocation, packing workflows, local deliveries, and international cross-border logistics.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across sales channels to prevent overselling, manage return/exchange processes, and ensure timely updates for new STEAM product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Manage, update, and optimize our main Shopify store to enhance user experience, run promotional campaigns, and boost conversion rates for local and overseas orders.
