Job summary

World Farm Company (Private) Limited is seeking an E-commerce Executive to oversee daily online orders, deliveries and returns across platforms like Shopee and Lazada. You will liaise with platform managers to meet deadlines and respond to customer queries in a timely, professional manner.

You will also support campaigns, manage monthly promotions, maintain inventory accuracy across channels, and assist in creating marketing banners. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or related courses preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate daily online orders, deliveries and returns on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely dispatch of parcels and liaise with platform/logistics managers as needed.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer reviews and respond to issues (late/damaged parcels, packaging, replacements).
• Participate in sales campaigns and manage monthly platform promotions to hit targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory across platforms and update SKUs as needed.
• Design marketing materials such as banners for sales campaigns.
• Prepare monthly revenue reports for accounts.

Job Description

• Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries and returns of customer orders fore-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)


• All parcels are dispatched within the given deadlines, liaising with platform managers, logistic managers/dispatchers if required


• Replying customer queries in a timely and professional manner


• All customer reviews are reflected and reacted upon (e.g.: Late/damaged parcels, bad packaging, preparation for replacements, follow-up)


• Participation in sales campaigns (e.g. 6.6 sales, flash sales, etc)


• Managing monthly sales and promotions of platforms to meet monthly sales target


• Monitoring and maintaining of accurate inventory count across platforms


• Designing of marketing materials (sales banners, product banners, etc)


• Maintenance of SKUs under all platforms, including launching of new SKUs and updating current SKUs.

Additional duties of the E-commerce Executive include

• Preparing of monthly revenue reports for accounts department


• Maintaining of all supplies within the E-commerce office including office and packaging supplies


• Liaising with new platforms to expand market reach


• Recommending product pricing after factoring costs (commissions, products and packaging materials)


• Optimising workflow within the E-commerce office. (e.g.: Reorganizing of product/supply placements, sourcing and implementation of new equipment)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing / E-Commerce/ Other relevant courses is a plus


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks


• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task


• Good verbal & written communication skills


• Excellent customer service attitude and skills


• Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails


• Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure


• Cross-functional capabilities - ability to hands-on with all teams

Working Day & Timing

Working Day & Timing: 5 days work week

Mon to Thurs: 8am - 6pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm
