Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd seeks an enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online stores on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will create and optimise listings, handle pricing and inventory, and drive traffic and conversions.

You will conduct keyword research, plan campaigns, and coordinate with logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly. 5 days work week, near MRT; Clarke Quay location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience in E-Commerce
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO, campaign management, and digital merchandising

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's online stores across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update and optimise product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise listings to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and sponsored advertisements to drive sales.
• Process and monitor customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Track sales performance, traffic, and campaign results, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain the overall health and performance of online stores.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform features to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year of related work experience in E-Commerce

• Salary: Up to S$3600
• Work location: Clarke Quay
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
