Job summary

Feel Fresh Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic E-commerce Executive to grow and manage online sales across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will support livestream sales, monitor performance and coordinate campaigns with the marketing team.

You will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions and reports, while guiding interns and collaborating with content teams to drive launches and revenue in a fast-moving environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proactive and hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and execute major sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11) and promotions.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and platform-related operations.
• Plan livestream schedules and product setups for TikTok Shop and marketplaces.
• Coordinate livestream hosts and ensure smooth sessions.
• Guide e-commerce interns and review their tasks.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams for launches and promotions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and identify revenue opportunities.
• Handle platform issues and maintain strong store ratings and customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to grow and manage Feel Fresh’s online sales channels. You will oversee day-to-day operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, while supporting livestream sales and managing e-commerce interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns across all e-commerce platforms
• Plan and execute major sales campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and payday promotions
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates and campaign performance
• Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and platform-related operational matters
• Plan and manage TikTok Shop and marketplace livestream schedules, offers and product setups
• Coordinate livestream hosts and ensure each session runs smoothly
• Manage and guide e-commerce interns, including assigning tasks and reviewing their work
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to improve product launches and promotions
• Prepare regular sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Handle platform issues and maintain strong store ratings and customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and sales reports
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands‑on and willing to work in a fast‑moving environment
