A leading e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee and maintain online platforms, execute digital marketing strategies, and enhance website user experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, alongside proficiency in tools like Photoshop and Google Analytics. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
Job Descriptions:
· Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.), including product listings, promotions, and customer inquiries, as well as handling order fulfilment such as packing and shipping.
· Optimize website design to improve user experience on websites based on company online strategy.
· Handle uploading/updating of products on the website, edit photos / copywrite to ensure products displayed correctly with detailed product information and compelling descriptions together with related product contents
· Create advertising materials for products
· Track site performance and product updates
· Implement online sales and marketing strategies to generate interest and create awareness.
· Generating online traffic and process website order to increase profitability.
· Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and other campaigns, including newsletters for subscribers
· Maximize SEO rankings
· Able to construct SEM campaign and measurement
· Set up weekly reporting trackers using Google Analytics.
· Create campaigns to promote the company’s products/services by blasting promotions via email, social media, WhatsApp, WeChat etc.
· Compile periodic market analysis and report
· Address all queries from webstore visitors/customers on a timely & courteous
· Liaise with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and business growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field
· Minimum 2 years of experience managing and e-commerce site
· Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, managing online shopping platforms
· Adobe creative suite skills, Excel skills.
· Good spoken/Written English & Chinese communication skills
· Must have good knowledge on how E-commerce & M-commerce works
· Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
· Prior WordPress experience is an advantage
· 5 Working days 9.00am-6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
· Available immediately would be highly preferable.
