Job summary

Travelite Holdings Ltd in Singapore is seeking an energetic E-commerce Executive to manage key accounts on Shopee and Lazada, oversee day-to-day operations, and report on platform performance.

You will maintain product information, respond to inquiries, update pricing and inventory, and help grow online sales through proactive account management and marketplace familiarity. Candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in ecommerce, marketing, or retail.
• Proactive and self-driven to achieve results.
• Energetic and enthusiastic individual.
• Familiar with marketplaces platforms (Shopee, Lazada) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts on Shopee and Lazada online marketplaces.
• Handle day-to-day operations and logistics-related matters across platforms.
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting.
• Maintain ecommerce site(s) and respond to enquiries and comments promptly.

Job description

• Manage key accounts in Shopee, Lazada online marketplaces.
• Handle day-to-day operations/logistics-related matters on all online platforms.
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting
• Responsible in maintaining e-commerce site(s) and handling enquiries and comments through these platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain e-commerce site to ensure productinformation such as pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

Possess at least a professional certificate / Nitec, Diploma

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field(e-commerce, marketing, and/or retail)

Candidate must be proactive and self-driven to achieve results

Energetic and enthusiastic individual

Familiar with marketplaces platforms willbe an advantage (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon)
