• Provide 1st class production support for applications in scope.
• Manage availability, incident, problem, and capacity aspects of services.
• Respond to incidents and user queries with proper analysis and timely resolution.
• Coordinate with 1st & 3rd level support and development teams to resolve issues within SLA.
