Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Production Support Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical banking applications.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years hands-on IT production support in a high-availability banking or financial services environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application support and architecture.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and Oracle databases (querying, debugging, tuning).
• Experience with Control-M, SSIS, IBM MQ and batch/middleware operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management: Provide L2/L3 support for core banking channels, resolving issues within SLAs.
• Major Incident Communication: Lead incident communications to management, stakeholders, and technical teams during service disruptions.
• System Remediation & Maintenance: Execute batch job troubleshooting, database maintenance, and DR/BCP exercises.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and uplift service standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with L1, L3, and development teams to deliver long-term fixes and change deployments.
