Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking IT industry support.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
• Strong team player with urgency and time management.
• Experience in L2/L3 support in production environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 1st class Production Support service to Channel's stakeholders.
• Ensure availability, incident, problem, and capacity management for in-scope applications.
• Respond to and resolve incidents, problems, and user queries with proper analysis.
• Communicate Incidents (SLA breaches, Major Incidents) within the team and department.
• Drive remediation in line with non-functional requirements and automate where possible.
• Evidence continual service improvement of processes and tasks via automation.
• Follow essential processes and define standards; contribute to knowledge management.
• Coach and be receptive to coaching to uplift team and personal knowledge.
• Translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language for users.
• Collaborate with 1st & 3rd level support and development teams to resolve issues within SLA.
