Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking IT industry support.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
• Strong team player with good time management.
• Ability to work under urgency and multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support in high availability environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 1st class Production Support service to stakeholders.
• Responsible for availability, incidents, problems and capacity management.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and user queries with proper analysis.
• Manage incident communications within team, manager and department.
• Drive remediation aligned with non-functional requirements.
• Evidence continual service improvement via automation.
• Ensure adherence to processes and contribute to standards.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge.
• Communicate complex issues in plain language.
• Collaborate with 1st & 3rd line support and development teams to resolve SLA-related queries.
