Job summary

ILLUM (9) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused support specialist to help clients navigate Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and Power Platform. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on configurations.

The role offers exposure to consulting, automation, AI, and practical solution design as you build expertise across Microsoft business applications. You will work directly with customers to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting systems or business applications; Dynamics 365 is a major plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.
• Basic understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, or operations.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Responsible, organised, and comfortable working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers using Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and Power Platform
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes
• Guide users on system functions, configurations, and best practices
• Manage support tickets and communicate progress clearly
• Test enhancements, document solutions, and support deployments
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
