Job summary

VANGUARD INTERIORS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to support the interior design and construction team across luxury, commercial, or residential projects. You will assist with planning, coordination, and on-site activities.

Responsibilities include AutoCAD planning, colour confirmation, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to keep Master programmes on track. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Diploma in any industry.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD.
Colour-scheme confirmation.
Tick off quantity of layouts.
Placing order for projects.
Prepare handover material/checklist for handover.
Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors.
Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing.
Attend site and coordination meeting.
Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
