Job summary

Vanguard Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and control project activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within interior design or construction, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Weekend work may be required in busy periods.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or equivalent is required.
• Candidates should have strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, control, and execution including budgeting and profitability.
• Administer site works, contracts, delivery, and progress while ensuring quality and safety.
• Prepare tender documents, draft schedules and construction methodology.
• Maintain client satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
