Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, RTU and industrial automation to manage automation projects from engineering through testing, commissioning and handover.

You will plan, coordinate and execute PLC/SCADA/RTU and industrial automation projects, develop control philosophy and documentation, and support site installations, FAT/SAT and commissioning while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
2-5 years of relevant experience in PLC/SCADA/RTU or industrial automation projects.
Hands-on knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute PLC/SCADA/RTU and industrial automation projects from engineering through commissioning and handover.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, control philosophy, technical documents and project submissions.
Perform PLC/RTU configuration, HMI development, system integration, testing and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and according to requirements.
Manage site installation, FAT/SAT, testing and commissioning activities.
Monitor project progress, costs and variations and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure all engineering and site activities comply with quality, safety and technical requirements.
Provide technical support during troubleshooting, commissioning and system handover.
