Job summary

Polymath Search partners with a leading hedge fund in Singapore to recruit a Middle Office Analyst. The role sits at the intersection of IT operations, regulatory compliance, and risk controls, supporting trading workflows and infrastructure.

The candidate will manage user access, assist with regulatory reporting, KYC/AML, and daily risk monitoring, ensuring controls are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience within hedge funds or financial services.
• Degree in CS/IT/FinTech or related quantitative field.
• Basic SQL, Excel/VBA; scripting in Python/PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and access management for trading and risk platforms.
• Support regulatory reporting and onboarding processes including KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor trade surveillance and ensure compliance with MAS guidelines.
• Perform risk checks, trade booking verifications, and daily reconciliation with custodians.
