GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. invites applications for a proactive Middle Office Officer to support the Financial Institutions & Capital Markets (FICM) business.

This role serves as a key control and coordination function between the Front Office, Operations and other internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate execution of transactions, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in banking operations or middle office.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Assist in processing deposits, loans, interbank placements, and treasury-related activities.
• Prepare regular management reports, transaction reports, and ad-hoc business reports.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and other internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Participate in UAT and system enhancement projects.
• Monitor settlement and resolve discrepancies.
