Job summary

Horiba Instruments (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative duties, event planning, and campaign activities. You will help manage materials, vendors, and budgets while ensuring timely execution of promotional efforts.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing coordination or events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be expected in this dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or events.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination or event management.
• Experience in organizing corporate events, exhibitions or seminars.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to the marketing team.
• Coordinate materials, suppliers, and logistics.
• Maintain marketing databases, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with requisitions, quotations, invoices and budgets.
• Support marketing presentations and internal communications.
• Plan and manage marketing events, exhibitions, webinars, roadshows.
• Handle event logistics, registration, venues, and on-site activities.
• Monitor timelines and post-event reporting.
• Support campaigns, email marketing and social media activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Update marketing content and communication channels.
• Perform other duties as required.
