HORIBA INSTRUMENTS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with administration, event coordination and campaign execution. You will manage materials, databases and logistics, assist with budgets and prepare presentations and reports.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing coordination or events, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, marketing administration or event management.
• Experience organising or coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, seminars or similar activities is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, suppliers and related logistics.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, reports and documentation.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, quotations, invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations, reports and internal communications.
