• Be familiar with FS's product ranges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups for customer categories.
• Process customer orders efficiently and check PO against quotations.
