Job summary

Verve Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Support role to assist the Restaurant Manager with floor operations and guest service. You will help forecast staffing, equipment, and supplies for daily operations while ensuring revenue targets are planned and achieved.

The role emphasizes upselling and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. Daily tasks include opening/closing shifts, reservations checks, greeting guests, setting tables, and supervising dining

Responsibilities

• Support Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager in all areas of floor management.
• Support Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager in forecasting staff, equipment and supply needs for daily operations.
• Work to ensure revenue targets are planned and achieved at all times.
• Maximise sales through up-selling, cross-selling and excellent customer service.
• Supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities.
• Handle daily operations: opening/closing shifts, reservations checks, setting tables, greeting guests and up-selling food & beverages; manage floor supplies & equipment.
• Be a team player and promote positive team dynamics in bar and restaurant.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Support Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager in to forecast staff, equipment and supply requirements for daily operations

• Ensure that revenue targets are planned and achieved at all times

• Ensure sales are maximised at all times with up-selling, cross selling and great customer service

• Supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities

• Daily operations - opening/ closing of shift, checking system (email, ipad, phone, etc) for reservations, setting up the tables, greeting of guests and up-selling of food & beverages, inventory of floor supplies & equipment

• Be a team player and promote positive team dynamics in bar and restaurant

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
