Job summary

Vans, a VF brand, seeks a Planner, Direct to Consumer in Singapore to shape seasonal financial plans and manage inventory for Timberland DTC. You will partner with Marketplace, Buying, and Merchandising to turn sales, inventory, and consumer insights into actionable plans across pre-season and in-season cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning models.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down merchandise financial plans aligned with brand, marketplace, and channel objectives.
• Build and maintain open-to-buy plans using sales, inventory, and pricing assumptions.
• Forecast ending inventory and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead regular business reviews with cross-functional teams and communicate forecasts and actions.
