Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven supply chain planner to develop regional demand forecasts and ensure alignment with inventory policies.

You will drive forecasts across regions, work with HQ planning teams, and optimize service levels and stock levels to balance cost and availability. The role requires at least 3 years in planning, strong communication skills, and a degree in SCM. This Singapore-based position offers collaborative cross-functional exposure and career

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop six-month regional demand forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts using statistical models and inputs.
• Analyze demand trends across countries, distributors, and service partners to adjust forecasting parameters.
• Collaborate with HQ planning teams to align regional forecasts with supply capabilities.
• Establish and maintain regional parts planning processes and guidelines.
• Determine service levels, safety stock, reorder points, and quantities for each SKU/market.
• Coordinate with Order Management and Inventory Management to balance service levels against costs.
• Coordinate with Business Units and Product Engineering to ensure accuracy and implementation.
• Optimize inventory investment through planning parameters and reduction of excess stock while maintaining service levels.
• Monitor planning KPIs with Parts Excellence and improve planning rules and methodologies.
• Set planning rules and thresholds to align with downstream activities.
• Provide timely support to management on other assignments as required.
