Job summary

ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car Pte. Ltd. is seeking a frontline support specialist in Singapore to assist drivers with enquiries, applications, and documentation. You will escalate unresolved issues to senior staff and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in service-related industries.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to driver enquiries via hotline, walk-ins and email.
• Explain operational procedures, company policies and general information to drivers.
• Assist drivers with application submissions and documentation.
• Escalate complex cases to senior officers or supervisors for resolution.
• Record and update driver interactions and case details in internal systems.
• Collect and compile driver feedback to support reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Department Supervisor or Management.
