Job summary

SMTP Consult Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable Company Driver to provide safe transportation for management staff and guests in Singapore. The role includes document delivery, ad-hoc tasks, and basic vehicle upkeep to ensure reliable operations.

The successful candidate will be punctual, discreet, and familiar with local roads and traffic regulations, with a valid Class 3 licence and a clean driving record. Duties may include light office cleaning when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Experience as company driver or personal driver preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS navigation tools.
• Must have a clean driving record and be trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for company management staff and guests.
• Deliver and collect company documents, packages, and items when required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands as assigned by the company.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on vehicle condition (fuel, oil, tyres, servicing schedule, cleanliness).
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax, and insurance renewals when required.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Perform basic office cleaning and housekeeping duties on an ad-hoc basis when required.

Skills
