Job summary

Grab is seeking a Partner Acquisition Intern in Singapore to support onboarding and daily mobility operations for driver- and fleet-partners. The role focuses on Business First Class rides with cross-functional collaboration and timely partner communications.

It is based in Singapore and may require early, late, or weekend support, with a January–May 2027 internship period. You will coordinate onboarding, analyze portfolio data, and assist in managing daily booking allocation while leveraging AI

Qualifications

Ability to extract data from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal data tools.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, and data validation.
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation, and readiness across portfolios.
Pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyze portfolio data from dashboards and internal systems.
Present updates on trends, gaps, causes, risks, and recommended actions.
