Job summary

STRIDES Premier in Singapore is seeking a Partner Sales Executive to grow its taxi fleet by onboarding driver-partners into leasing programmes. The role focuses on driver acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship building across the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for taxi vehicles.

You will handle daily sales operations, drive partner engagement, provide customer service, and aim for a high hired-out rate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobility/Taxi industry.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new drivers via walk-ins, leads, referrals, outreach and ground engagement.
• Explain leasing packages, rental terms, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into hirers through effective engagement.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
